Do they need an app?
No. Most modern iPhones and Android phones open the keepsake with a simple tap.
Does it need a battery or charging?
No. There's nothing to charge. The tap works from the phone, so the keepsake lasts for years.
Who can see my message?
Only someone holding the keepsake. You can add a PIN for extra privacy, and the share card never shows the full message, voice notes or photos.
Can I choose when it opens?
Yes. Set a reveal date, like Christmas morning or their birthday, and it stays sealed until then.
Can family add their own messages?
Yes. Share a family link and others can add a photo or a voice note before it's gifted.
Can I change it later?
Yes. Use the setup code printed inside the card to edit your message any time.
